TOURISM FOR ALL: TOURISM OF HOPE

I am grateful for all the good things I learned and what remains to be learned; the world of the Accessible Tourism is still in its infancy, I consider myself to be lucky, I am actually a three-year-old child who is learning to talk and has just started walking.

One clear idea has been responsible of everything, it has witnessed my way through the world of University education: I like travelling. That is the idea, travelling as much as I can and learning from everything and from everybody, not leaving anything worthy still pending. I would like to think that you all do the same, or at least you try, but now I know it is not like that; we are not guilty for that and it is no use in pointing the finger at anybody. I know there aren't the same options for one and another, there will always be a "marginalized" person, or some, because there will not be just one. "Birds of a feather flock together, and it is true, if those who feel ourselves "marginalized" would come together, things would change.

University, which has given me a degree, which has provided me with knowledges, which gave me so many good times, which introduced friendship to me, which soaked me with bureaucracy and offered me chances for the future, but they NEVER talked about Accessibility. Why? Simply because they don't know it exists. They dare to teach you Economics and Law, but they do not realize that Tourism is not just that, accessibility also counts, the adaptation of those places of the global and national geography that they teach you and you memorize with enthusiasm.

I am grateful for all the good things I learned and what remains to be learned; the world of the Accessible Tourism is still in its infancy, I consider myself to be lucky, I am actually a three-year-old child who is learning to talk and has just started walking. I still have much to solve, but everybody has, there will always be something left behind, curbing us, like incomprehension or lack of imagination.

If I am here, writing, is because there is hope, I am 25 years old and I cherish hopes, I like colour green, but not the colour itself, what I like is what it expresses, "hope" of everybody and for everybody, Tourism of Hope.

A mí siempre.
De turismo accesible.
A mí nunca.  

Las calles me persiguen
y me lloran, me doy morrazos
pero sigo, moviéndome,
vibrando.

Lucho, peleo, trabajo
y más de lo mismo.
¿Cansado? No.
Sigo viviendo.

Gracias, al fin
algo consigo con esfuerzo,
¡¡ un estudiante !!
lo sabe y mira al frente.
