The ISO 9000 family of international quality management standards and guidelines has earned a global reputation as the basis for establishing quality management systems. This means what the organization does to fulfil the customer's quality requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives. After being evaluated by the audit team of AENOR (Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification) the Valencia Tourism Bureau has obtained this certificate.
